ASSESSMENT

For adults or children – 50 minutes - £50

Assessment is designed to help clients to understand what it will be like to do Art Psychotherapy. It is for familiarization between client and therapist within a safe environment. Client will have time to experiment with art materials and tell about what brought him/her to consider it. If you agree that Art Psychotherapy would be beneficial for you then it would be expected that you come once a week for at least three months.

ART PSYCHOTHERAPY

Individual Sessions for adults or children – 50 minutes - £70

CLOSED GROUP ART PSYCHOTHERAPY

1.5 hours - £150

For adults - Up to 8 clients.

What is a closed group?
Closed Art Therapy groups (meaning no one new can join once the group has begun), where participants make a commitment to come regularly, to uphold each others' confidentiality and to address and explore specific goals through art-making and verbal sharing. It would be expected that the group meet once a week for at least 3 months.

ART SESSIONS

1 hour - £10 per participant

Up to 8 clients.

Suitable for adults, special needs and children aged 10+ if accompanied by an adult who is also participating.

Participants will be exploring art making in easy ways with different mediums to develop decision-making, creativity and have fun.
